Terms and Conditions
TeeDeal is owned and operated by Scot-Golf Holidays Limited, (“SGH”). SGH is acting only as a booking agent for the golf clubs and not as a principal seller of tee times. We are not responsible for the provision of your purchase, in this case your round or rounds of golf at a selected golf clubs. Your contract is between you and the golf club. It is your responsibility to engage with the club before commencing play.
Prices
All prices shown are the responsibility of the individual club. Green fees are shown per person, unless otherwise specified. We are unable to give compensation or discount after you have made you booking if they are available at a lower price elsewhere.
Bookings
A real-time booking is confirmed when you have used our website to make a booking and when we have received payment in full for the booking. You will be notified of the booking via e-mail or a text message to a mobile phone of your choice. A charge may apply for notification to mobile phones.
The booking is not transferable, but the club might at its own discretion transfer your booking to another person on request. We strongly suggest that you contact the club to check this if you are unable to play.
Payment
Payments are made through the website at the time of booking. The following methods of payment are acceptable:

- Credit Cards
Payment by cash or cheque is not acceptable.
Cancelations of bookings
If you do not turn up to play golf no refund will be given.
From time to time, clubs may need to cancel your bookings, but this is rare. This can be due to bad weather or other unforeseen reasons. In these cases the club will offer you an alternative tee time or a refund of your green fee.
From time to time starting times can be running late, but the clubs starter will keep you informed about this when you first arrive at the club.
It is up to the club to decide what happens if the course is closed before you complete the round or if course maintenance or winter playing conditions restrict its use.
Arriving at the course.
You should arrive at the course in good time on the day of play and report to the starter or clubhouse no later than 15 minutes before you are due to play. Give them your TeeDeal reference number and the name of the leading player and they will confirm you starting time and other relevant information.
Course etiquette & dress code
Most clubs operate a dress code or course etiquette and we suggest that you check the club’s/course’s website for this before your visit. If you don’t follow the local dress code and etiquette, the club can refuse to let you play. If you or members of your group are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be refused access.
Use of the website
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
You understand that you are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only. In particular, you must not use the website:
- for any fraudulent purposes;
- in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity;
- to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing;
- in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right;
- in any way which is otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable;
- in any way which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam"; or
- to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
Data protection
Any personal data you enter into our website directly or include in any message to us will be subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 and you are responsibility for its accuracy and relevance and must have the authority to disclose it and for us to utilise it for the purposes of any transaction conducted for you or by you through our website.
Copyright and database rights
All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software, the compilation of all content on this website and all software used on this website is the property of SGH, our affiliates or our content or software suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the website without SGH’s written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation any substantial parts of this website without SGH's written consent. You may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of this website (e.g. our prices or course listings) without SGH’s written consent.
