Does it cost anything to use TeeDeal?
No, it is absolutely free and you can browse through our course directory until you find a suitable tee time at the course of your choice. You can also register with TeeDeal absolutely free to enjoy speedy booking and to receive regular news updates of new courses and special offers.
Why is TeeDeal different from other Internet booking websites?
All green fees and times displayed in TeeDeal are controlled by each member club. There are no extras or surcharges added to the cost of your golf, when booking through TeeDeal. The price you see is the price you pay.
What happens after I have made my booking?
You will be given a booking reference number. You will also receive confirmation of your booking via email. You must present your booking reference number to the club on the day of play.
What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
Confirmed bookings are non refundable. You can transfer the booking to another individual or group of your choice.
What happens if the course is closed?
If the course is closed due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the club will offer you an alternative tee time, or at their discretion a full refund.
What happens if I want to change my booking?
You will need to contact the club directly to see if they can offer you an alternative tee time. Please note that any such change is subject to the discretion of the club.
Do I need a handicap to play?
In most cases no, but you should follow the rules and etiquette of the golf course you are playing. Some course will require a handicap certificate to be shown before you can play and these are detailed in our course directory.
Is there a dress code for the golf courses?
Yes, most courses will have a standard dress code. Please visit the relevant course page to check individual course dress codes.
What if there are no available tee times at a course I wish to play?
They may all be sold out or the club has not yet registered with TeeDeal. To suggest a course you would like to be able book a round at simply let us know using our Contact Us page. Your request will be forwarded to the relevant club.
When do I have to pay when booking through TeeDeal?
The payment will be charged to your debit or credit card when you confirm the booking.
How do I pay for my booking?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as show on the payment page.
How safe is my payment?
Teedeal uses a secure payment gateway to collect payments. Your credit card details are not stored or recorded in full as part of your booking.
How secure is my booking?
Your booking is secured when you make your payment as the funds are automatically transferred to the club. The contract has therefore been formed between you and the club. For further details see our Terms and Conditions.
